How does the 23-year-old performer maintain her health? Celebwell rounded up her top habits.

Reneé has been very vocal about her eating disorder struggles. "To be super-transparent, I loved doing 'Mean Girls' on Broadway, but I was also very sick," Rapp told NME back in January. "I've struggled with an eating disorder my whole life and I had a lot of shit happen during that time. And so my biggest thing right now is trying to prepare myself to go into the filming environment with a way healthier mindset. Because I don't want to fall back into anything."

"What my dad always told me as a kid, which stuck with me, is that the most confident person in the room is the person who also understands they are insecure. I've always believed in myself because I also know that I'm really, really afraid to fail," Reneé told The Zoe Report.

What is Reneé's definition of "treating" herself? It is "taking time off work and being able to work out," she told TZR. Her favorite "workout/wellness practice"? "I love both mat and reformer pilates," she revealed. According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Reneé's "go-to secret weapon" when she wants to look and feel good? "Sleep," she told TZR.According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Reneé is vocal about her mental health struggles. "I have reclaimed [my mental health] in the sense that I sought out help," she told Glamour. "I go to therapy, I've figured out what kind of workouts calm my mind, and I honestly value having lots of friends and people in my life. You literally are who you surround yourself with, but it's always an ongoing journey with mental health."
