Alan Rickman voices 'Through the Looking Glass' teasers
Two new teaser clips for ‘Through The Looking Glass’, Tim Burton’s ‘Alice in Wonderland’ sequel, have been released featuring the unmistakable voice of Alan Rickman.
Rickman is heard narrating both of the new clips, titled ‘Tick Tock’ and ‘Hurry Up’, containing references to time; a recurring theme throughout the sequel.
The second part sees Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter returning as the Mad Hatter and Red Queen and acts as Rickman’s final film following his passing last month, aged 69.
“You’ve been gone too long, Alice,” the voice of Rickman rings out ominously from the Caterpillar. “There are matters which cannot be neglected. Hurry.”
The sequel picks up three years after ‘Alice in Wonderland’ and features Mia Wasikowska returning as Alice, recently returned from adventures in Asia.
Directed by James Bobin, ‘Alice Through the Looking Glass’ includes not only returning stars but also sees British comic actor Sacha Baron Cohen starring as the new villain, Time, a character who is half man and half clock.
Check out the teasers below and make sure to catch the film in cinemas May 27th, 2016.
